Database Integration

Incorporating a database in your website allows endless possibilities. The data could be comprised of news, page content, products, or images, just to name a few. Coupled with a content management system will allow you or others within your organization to add, update, or delete content.

Just a few applications that would require a database.
Dependant on the anticipated traffic to your site, I can create databases using Microsoft Access, MsSQL Server, or MySQL technology. Using Access is an inexpensive way to add dynamic content to your site, although this should not be used if you have more than 20 consecutive users on the site at one time. MSSQL and MySQL databases are much more robust and allow for thousands of consecutive users to be active at the same time. The pitfall of course, is the cost. The latter require additional charges depending on the size and number of databases needed.
